Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Oasis Business Operations handles information submitted through this website. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to oasisbusinessoperations@gmail.com.

Information you provide

The project planner may include your name, business name, email address, website, project needs, budget range, consultation preferences, phone number, availability and other details you choose to provide. Do not submit passwords, access keys, payment-card or banking information, or private customer records.

How the planner works

The planner runs in your browser. It creates an editable email draft; it does not automatically submit, store or schedule anything. Information is sent to Oasis only when you choose to send the email through your email provider.

Automatic technical information

Cloudflare hosts the website and may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages and security events to deliver and protect the site. This website currently does not use advertising cookies, behavioral advertising or analytics scripts.

How information is used

We use inquiry information to respond, evaluate a project, prepare recommendations and quotes, coordinate consultations, provide requested services, maintain business records, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate communications and hosting, such as Cloudflare and your or our email provider. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not use inquiry information for unrelated AI training.

Retention and security

We keep information only as reasonably needed for the inquiry, services, records, disputes and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no email or internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete information held by Oasis, subject to legal and recordkeeping exceptions. You may also ask questions about applicable privacy rights in your location by emailing us. We may need to verify your request.

Children

This website is for business owners and authorized representatives and is not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit a child’s personal information.

Changes

We may update this notice when our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
